Even though this episode date back over a year, it demonstrates the reality we face in America with diversity.

Acknowledging vs advocating

It is important to understand the difference between acknowledging the challenges diversity presents as opposed to advocating ethnic contention. Pacifying our consciences with catch phrases such as "diversity is our strength" constitutes denial. Ethnic conflict can't be dealt with effectively until we first acknowledge that is exist and the primary source of the contention.
